Poindexter >> long career in military intelligence, NSA; indicted in Iran-Contra. Would definitely have access to/knowledge of spook tactics and assassination technology.
OTOH, served in Reagan-Bush administrations and seems to have conservative credentials, so why would he want to have anything to do with an assassination of a conservative SCOTUS judge?
OTOtherOH, makes sense he and Scalia might be friends; Scalia might have been known—by ValJar & O—to be a frequent guest of Poindexter’s—so then Obammy’s minions smuggle in a counter-operative (service employee? groundskeeper?) to do the deed, thus lending credence to the narrative: death by natural causes while among friends.
Whatever in fact happened, we’ll never know.
Still, I’d like to hear more about the Poindexter connection.
I independently came up with the same connection, but there are two John Poindexters. The ranch owner is not the admiral who defended drug and gun running to fund the contras.
