Bush would have a nice big military base sitting in Iraq to kill of ISIS. Obama withdrew. You have the wrong target. Saddam was destabilizing the region, was funding Israeli suicide bombers and needed to go. It was the US policy for regime change previous to Bush. He’s not the problem here, and listening to Trump use Code Pink talking points is problematic.
