Cruz retweeting a news story CNN story, is not wrong, but during the Iowa caucuses, Trump, Carson, and Rubio campaigns all told attendees that Cruz was not eligible, yet no news source broke that story.
The mailers calling out their neighbors were done by others before this campaign and others during this one.
