IIRC, a tie vote makes the case stand as it came to them. I think most cases will come in at 5-3...the 3 females conspiring to rule for Obama.
let us say it is a tie. immigration would go to us because obama is fighting it. I forget how the others ruled in lower court. Roberts and Kennedy would rule for teamobama...sad day.
