Cruz/s big problem is his Canadian citizenry. So sit back, relax, and enjoy
Cruz/s Canadian Shuffle....as he twitches and turns to escape from this one.

ANALYSIS If Cruz/s parents declared US citizenship for him in Canada, then he has a document called a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA).....the legal equivalent of a US Birth Certificate.

Cruz either has one from the time of his Canadian birth or he does not. If he does not, then he is NOT a US Citizen.... (he was never naturalized by his own admission).

More importantly, Canada, at the time of Cruz/s birth, did not recognize dual nationality.

So it appears Harvard-educated Cruz schemed to dupe Texas voters by the charade of renouncing his Canadian citizenship that never was when the Dallas Morning News exposed him.

Cruz either has the Canadian-issued Consular Report of Birth Abroad, which is his legal proof of US Citizenship, or he doesn't.

Would appear his parents never applied for it. Significantly, Canada prohibited dual nationality at the time of Cruz/s birth.

If Cruz can/t produce a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, there's a little problem with the US Senate office Cruz holds now (and was elected to under false pretenses)

.......not to mention his doomed aspirations to be US President.

===============================================

NOTE WELL The Dems have access to the CRBA thru State archives and you can rest assured they know the truth and have set a trap. That is why he supposedly /sealed/ his US birth documents. They don/t exist so he is putting us thru this fiasco for his personal career advancement......nothing more.

If he really cared about this country, he would have settled this years ago.

He should be exposed if he/s lining his pockets with campaign contributions, knowing he is not qualified...what does that say about his character and integrity?

Go dig thru this article and see if anything makes sense to you.

http://www.dallasnews.com/news/politics/headlines/20130818-ted-cruz-born-a-citizen-of-canada-under-the-countrys-immigration-rules.ece

“If a child was born in the territory, he is Canadian, period,” said France Houle,
a law professor at the University of Montreal. “He can ask for a passport. He can vote.”

The fact that Cruz left Canada when he was 4 doesn’t affect his status there, either.

“If you leave when you’re 2 minutes old, you’re still an American. It’s the same in
Canada,” said Allison Christians, a law professor at McGill University in Montreal.
“He’s a Canadian citizen.”

Having practiced international tax law in the U.S. for 25 years, Christians has made a
close study of citizenship rules. They often come into play in tax cases.

“They can feel as American as they want. But the question of citizenship is determined by
the law of the territory in which you were physically born,” she said. “It’s not up
to the Cruz family to decide whether they’re citizens.”

Thanks, Liz, - knowing he is not qualified, what does it say about his supporters?
