Cruz/s big problem is his Canadian citizenry.

Enjoy Cruz/s Canadian Shuffle....as he twitches and turns to escape from this one.

ANALYSIS If Cruz/s parents declared US citizenship for him in Canada, then he has a document called a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA).....the legal equivalent of a US Birth Certificate.

Cruz either has one from the time of his Canadian birth or he does not. If he does not, then he is NOT a US Citizen.... (he was never naturalized by his own admission). More importantly, Canada, at the time of Cruz/s birth, did not recognize dual nationality.

So it appears Harvard-educated Cruz schemed to dupe Texas voters by the charade of renouncing his Canadian citizenship that never was when the Dallas Morning News exposed him.

Cruz either has the Canadian-issued Consular Report of Birth Abroad, which is his legal proof of US Citizenship, or he doesn't.

Would appear his parents never applied for it. Significantly, Canada prohibited dual nationality at the time of Cruz/s birth.

If Cruz can/t produce a Consular Report of Birth Abroad, there's a little problem with the US Senate office Cruz holds now (and was elected to under false pretenses)

.......not to mention his doomed aspirations to be US President.

===============================================

NOTE WELL

The Dems have access to the CRBA thru State archives and you can rest assured they know the truth and have set a trap.

That is why he supposedly /sealed/ his US birth documents. They don/t exist so he is putting us thru this fiasco for his personal career advancement......nothing more.

If he really cared about this country, he would have settled this years ago.

He should be exposed if he/s lining his pockets with campaign contributions, - knowing he is not qualified...what does that say about his character and integrity?

Thanks, Liz, - knowing he is not qualified, what does it say about his supporters?

His supporters are ignoring the issue or are in denial. They also might be misinformed.

It mattered to me Obama was not eligible. It matters Cruz and Rubio are not.

We are a Constitutinal Republic. Or we aren’t.

Is he really the one person not citizen at birth because his mother was a citizen, regardless of where he was born?

Tell me again about Trump’s conservative history, and why anyone thinks he would be a conservative president. Especially in light of his criticisms of Scalia and knowing there is an open judicial seat?

Lucy, this isn’t personal, I have long respected you and consider us friends. I just don’t understand the anti-cruz or the attacks on people (like me) who support him.

knowing he is not qualified eligible

Of course if he is starting off as fraudulent, that may make him unqualified.
