A 17-year-old robber's arm was severed in Brooklyn after he held up a 39-year-old man at gunpoint for a pair of pricey sneakers, police sources said.
Through the app Wallapop, the pair had arranged to meet up at 1 p.m. on Friday in Canarsie.

You’re good at this.
A branch or limb doesn’t fall far from the tree...unless, of course, the tree runs away from it
Spend $500 on a pair of sneakers. What’s wrong with this picture.
The car looks like it slammed into the corner of the building and chopped the arm like a blade. Muslims will try to make that building a mosque because Allah used it to perform instant Sharia justice.
That would be BAM- Black Arms Matter.

Yesterday’s story was arm and gun on floor of car. Today arm is pinned against fence by car? Which is correct? If arm and gun are IN car I would assume victim was trying to get away from robber. The other story implies he was chasing him.

OMG - This may be the perfect post!
In addition, his father, (Wooden Do Nuffins) will received a huge settlement for all the heartache he had to endure and his mother (Ainlyin Bout Nuffins) will have a healthy sum of cash to tempt the company of the several other fathers of the several other children she has spit out (paid for by the Taxpayers, of course) onto the mean streets of New York City. (Well, actually in a well-equipped ob/gyn facility that got probably three times what it should have cost, courtesy of the Taxpayers.)
And the victim will go to jail for daring to react to an attempt on the part of a despicable thug trying to take that which was not his.
A fairy tale, indeed.
And all that before Al Sharpton has even made an appearance.
Not to worry, Al, baby, there's enough graft to go around...just strum that White Privilege Banjo and pin that Race Card on the lapel of your $2500.00 Armani suit.
Oh, yeah, don't forget to mutter something about black lives matter or some such crap.

“Those things cost an arm and a leg.”
I’m going out on a limb here by saying that the driver was justified in pinning him against the fence.
My big question is: How did the arm end up inside the car with the gun?
Doesn’t sound to me like this went down the way the story says.
I could much more easily believe that the kid stuck the gun in the car window and the driver raised the window and took off. He then tried to brush the kid off the car against the fence. That scenario is self-defense.
Game over. You win. ;>)
That will be problematic for the seller. Especially in NYC.
