I offer $300 to match any and all NEW FIRST TIME DONOR(s) dollar for dollar (until the $300 is matched).

I think that adding "first time" in the comment section or to your letter with donation will work.

I remember one new donor and meant to make a note of new donor’s screen name, but didn’t.
Perhaps Jim did or maybe Jim remembers.
