“Fixing” is the key to the answer you are seeking. What part of America do you see as being broken? Pre-born genocide, economy, corruption in the government, weak foreign affairs, destroying the military (heart, mind, and body), invasion of illegal immigrants (just read a history of that this morning...it’s been going on forever!), propaganda vs classical education, what else? Which of the above issues would not be affected by the election of a progressive?
Thanks so much and I got called away! I’ll have to go to the site and try to catch up. Personally, I think Levin and Rush are biding their time, like many sane people, to see how these candidates react to the process and then judge their words by their actions. IMHO. They’ve both been around too long to be pulled into the foray at this point.
I’m not sure I follow you. What I meant in my post is that conservatism is what will “make America great again”. Leftism is what made America not great. The absence of conservatism is leftism. There is no third way. So if one isn’t a conservative, they are a leftist. Rush seems to think that Trump’s leftism will somehow be different than Hillary Clinton’s leftism. Rush has never been this way before, so I feel I don’t understand him anymore.

It’s not perfect anywhere, but it’s pretty dang good in Maui.
I think Rush may have gotten tired of all the hate mail from Trump supporters and trying to soften his stand a little bit.
But I can’t hear him where I live so I have to depend on his Facebook postings.
I wish Rush could be a stronger person and stand up for conservative principles. He should have just ignored the Trump idol worshipers. After all Rush’s talk about conservatism I guess I just expect more from him. He used to call himself the conservative voice and say his program is a conservative university. He never says that anymore, and that is good because it would be a lie after all his propaganda for Rubio and Trump.
It is funny to hear that Rush makes Facebook postings. I remember when he used to call it “Mybutt” and said he would never be a part of such a thing. I totally felt the same way he did, and still do so I don’t have Facebook. Then I remember how he got Facebook just for business reasons but was grudgingly about it. He also didn’t seem to like having to break his word about not ever being part of it. Then he had a contest where you entered it by “liking” his Facebook. After that he never mentioned Facebook again and I forgot about it. Now here I find out he is active on Facebook and makes posts! I wonder if he does Farmville too.

Trying to generate Rush's vision of Trump without, without, putting him in an ideological identification because Trump doesn't know what the ideologies are! Therefore, Trump's ideas, reactions, statements, and policies, are not going to be categorized according to ideology.
I was thinking, Trump is a businessman. He "deals" with people of all cultures, all mores, all governments. He thinks of it as a challenge. He has to win, he has to make money. I really need to read his books to get a sense of how he views the world. Then, and only then, can he be identified ideologically.
I cannot support him without knowing that. And he has to tell us who he is. I know he thinks suing people is fun. Which in my opinion is sadistic, but that is how I read the tweet/facebook post (don't remember which) asking his followers if he should sue Cruz. I am also a woman.
Competition is playing the game as perfectly as possible, not winning, which should occur if I play the game perfectly. I play more against myself. See what I mean by world view?
