Why can’t the class room be moved to the Internet to lower costs. There are some doing that but not enough. Why not require publicly funded colleges to do more in this?

Why can't textbooks remain the SAME for decades?

Nothing has changed except current events!

Some do it already. Some classes are offered online. You might find that the biggest expense are the professors salaries.
