Why do you have to change because other do?
Never retreat, never surrender........from your principles.
Cruz ought to fess up first, it would be the 'conservative' thing to do. I am not a gambler, the Republicans sat by and let Obama reign, out of fear of being called 'racists'... Hillry if she survives is NOT going to be denied this election. And IF the GOP has promised a candidate the nomination they won't hesitate to strip Cruz his delegates.
For one thing, you called me a friggin liar several times. Now you aren't even man enough to apologize for it.
President Barack Obama has finished the second leg of his international confession tour. In less than 100 days, he has apologized on three continents for what he views as the sins of America and his predecessors. ..."

CNN LARRY KING LIVE Interview with Donald Trump
Aired April 15, 2009
TRUMP [on the Larry King Show (2009), referring to the then newly elected communist president (Obama)]: "Well, I really like him. I think that he's working very hard. He's trying to rebuild our reputation throughout the world. I mean, we really have lost a lot of reputation in the world. The previous administration [GW Bush] was a total disaster, a total catastrophe."
Donald Trump: "He's a smart guy that knows what's going on really big league and I think he is not going to want to destroy New York."
(Voice Over: That was Donald Trump a little over two years ago, endorsing [Marxist] Bill de Blasio for New York Mayor)
Donald Trump: "I think pretty strongly that he'll end up being a good mayor, maybe a very good mayor."
(Voice Over: De Blasio ran on class warfare, sanctuary cities and ending stop and frisk. De Blasio's sided with looters and cop killers against the police, with teachers unions against schoolchildren and with PC liberals to let the homeless run wild on city streets)
Donald Trump: "I think he is going to want to make New York great. ..."

In continuing his "New York values" line of attack, Ted Cruz brought up an interview Donald Trump gave years ago in which he himself emphasized his New York background as being important to his political philosophy. And now we have that interview.
Cruz's campaign posted the video earlier today of Trump with Tim Russert on Meet the Press in 1999.
Russert asked Trump about gay marriage. Trump didn't want to comment on it, but said he has no problem with gays in the military.
He explained, "I've lived in New York City and Manhattan all my life, okay? So my views are a little bit different than if I lived in Iowa."
When Russert asked Trump about abortion, he said he's "pro-choice in every respect" and again cited his New York background, which he said has a "different attitude" from most of the country.

"50 years is enough , " Trump said in an interview with the Daily Caller published Tuesday, referring to Obama's decision to re-establish U.S. ties with Cuba.
"I think it's fine. I think it's fine, but we should have made a better deal," Trump added. " The concept of opening with Cuba is fine."

"I think that I would probably get along with him [Putin] very well."
--Donald Trump, CBS' Face The Nation, Oct 2015

Joe Scarborough: Again, he [Putin] kills journalists that don't agree with him
Trump: Well, I think our country does plenty of killing also, Joe, so, you know. There's a lot of stupidity going on in the world right now, Joe. Lot of killing going on, a lot of stupidity, and that's the way it is.
A major thing that repulsed me was Glenn Beck holding a microphone in one hand, with his other hand on Ted Cruz's shoulder talking to him like he was the next contestant on "The Price Is Right." Then to top it off Beck having the gall to do a faux swearing in with Cruz standing like a schlub and not even knowing the oath.
A real man would have immediately stopped it by shrugging off the hand and grabbing the microphone from an obvious fool. The lady in Trump"s audience was right.
-—Donald Trump: “I think pretty strongly that he’ll end up being a good mayor, maybe a very good mayor.”-—
DeBlasio? Lol
Trump is going to have a lot of ‘splainin’ to do at one of these upcoming debates.
The law is that if you have ONE parent who is an American citizen and who lived in the United States for at least 10 years, at lest five of them after the age of 14, you’re a citizen by birth no matter where you were born. That makes Ted a natural-born citizen.
Sorry to burst your bubble.
Way to dust off the 78 RPMs.
The exchanges are funny.
Topic: “Cruz, from the NH debate (last week) says..”
Cruz apologist: Yeah, well Trump said..X-Y-Z ( from 10 years ago.)
(Notice that in that video clip linked above, Cruz is using his effeminate "Bugs Bunny Voice". No matter what some senile people try to claim, Cruz is no Ronald Reagan. For starters, one big major obvious difference is that Ronald Reagan was quite masculine, and spoke like a man. And Reagan didn't like to keep repetitively hugging Glenn Beck.)
Woozy-Cruzies on FR like to point to an isolated, out-of-context quote from Trump's "September 27, 2015" 60 Minutes interview, and dishonestly and deceptively say that it proves Donald Trump wants the government to be in charge of all health care. However, they conveniently leave out (or try to drastically and deceptively downplay) the parts of that same interview which obviously disprove that nonsensical, totally false claim.
For example, in that same 60 minutes interview (lurkers, check the transcript of Trump's "September 27, 2015" 60 Minutes interview for yourself, so you can see for yourself who is actually lying), Trump says the following:
In another part of that same 60 Minutes interview video transcript, Trump says the following:
Donald Trump: "But for the most it's going to be a private plan and people are going to be able to go out and negotiate great plans with lots of different competition with lots of competitors with great companies and they can have their doctors, they can have plans, they can have everything."
(That is the exact opposite of what Cruz said in his video clip linked here and above. Cruz was obviously lying through his teeth.)
Donald Trump: "Obamacare's going to be repealed and replaced. Obamacare is a disaster if you look at what's going on with premiums where they're up 45, 50, 55 percent."
Using just a partial, out-of-context quote to try to deceive people like that, is just like trying to claim that the Bible and the Psalmist David say that "There is no God", quoting directly from Psalm 14:1. However, that would be deceptively leaving off the rest of that sentence:
Big difference.
"The fool hath said in his heart, 'there is no God'." Psalm 14:1a
On another point, the Cruz family's claiming that Teddy was "anointed" reminds me of the times I've heard in the past certain "questionable" "TV evangelists" also claiming they were "anointed by the Holy Spirit" (Jimmy Swaggart, Jim Bakkar, etc.), but then shamelessly dissembling and telling obvious, blatant, public falsehoods, over and over again, (going directly against God, "The Truth").
The truth is, I hate to see that. In all fairness, Trump is pretty much #2, and I don’t want to see somebody in that position beholden to a creature like Soros.
Thanks!
“For one thing, you called me a friggin liar several times. Now you aren’t even man enough to apologize for it.”
Okay, I apologize.
Now, you are still wrong. The first entry you cited, and I had to plow through the ones dated before April 15, that clearly slammed the United States is dated April 3.
It took about 15 months of Obama’s management for Trump to change his tone, publicly, about Obama. I think it had something to do with all the wasted TARP money.
He schooled millions on the in-depth activities of today's communist left through his once popular Fox News show. He got into detail of who they are, what they are, who their various front groups are, and their affiliates in the demonRat party. No one in such a prominent media position as he, before or since, have come close to doing the sort of things he did. If not anything else, you have to at least give the guy credit for that. No way in hell would Obama or any of his ilk want a guy like him to have his own popular TV show.
Anyone who so quickly dismisses Beck either hasn't the slightest idea about the operations of the communist left and so can't appreciate what he provided, or they, plain and simple, don't want this sort of info getting out to the American people, be they hardcore lefties themselves, screwed up in the head, or just really friggin stupid.
Accepted. Now let's get back on track REALLY making America great again (see tag line).
:)
Let me get this straight. Do you think Trump said under his plan the government will pay for all health care? A person would have to be a total idiot to think that.
Trump only said the government would pay for indigent care to keep them from dying on the streets. We already pay for them now through transfered payments when health care providers cannot collect payments from them. Trumps proposal will negotiate for indigent coverage at a greatly reduced cost than what they already soak all the rest of for.
All others, you and I, would get private insurance as we did before Obamacare but at greatly reduced costs through the previously stated changes, increased competition, tort reform, elimination of foolish coverage mandates, and eliminated caps on HSAs, plus there will be no IRS penalty for not having coverage.
Somebody tell Ann Couler that Trump got Roanld Reagan wrong!
“GOP Candidates and the âAbortion Exceptions:â Donald Trump, Chris Christie Get Ronald Reaganâs Stance Wrong”
The above article shows that Trump (and Christie) claimed RONALD REAGAN had THREE exceptions, when he only had one - the life of the mother.
Where was Ann then? She’s going on a witch hunt now, but doesn’t write about something REALLY important about Trump.
Sorry, I thing he was only preaching to the choir. His tatget audience already had read Atlas Shrugged. He is still a silly boob.
This thread is not about Ann, It’s about Ted lying about Trump.
Could you post this endless cut and paste repetitions some place else and just put links and a brief summary on these threads? You have no idea how counter productive it is to continually clog up discussion threads with repetitious posts the size of yours.
He reached MILLIONS of people, a tiny percentage of which read Atlas Shrugged. Most probably never even heard of it.
