Trump said, in response to host Bill O'Reilly arguing illegal immigrants would be entitled to due process before being deported, "If they're here illegally they may or they may not be [entitled to due process]. Just like the argument we had about the anchor babies. In my opinion, you don't need -."
After O'Reilly cut in to object, "I'm telling you all settled law says once you're here, you are entitled to our constitutional protections, every single case."
Trump countered, "I disagree.

Agree.
and
The ‘perks’ for them returning is to STRONG. (Caps for emphasis, not yelling!) Until those are no longer provided they will come! The ‘Build it and they will come’, provide free food, free lodging etc and they will come.
Somewhere it has to stop, and sooner rather than later.
Exactly. everyone has a right to prove they are in the country legally. If they can’t; a one way ticket to the border from which they came.
Why are people considering a vote for Trump, who doesn’t even know some this basic about the constitution?
Deport illegals!
Expel muslims!
Due process means a simple hearing to answer one question: Are you here illegally? Deport. Where you born here as a result of your parents being here illegally? Your a citizen of their country of origin born abroad. Deport. You can’t be a citizen automatically as that rewards your parents committing a crime against the U.S and it’s lawful citizens. You had a child with an illegal and want to keep the family together? You can move back to his country then since you like exotic cultures so much.Your anchor baby seeking boyfriend/husband is illegal.Deport.Enforce one simple standard, Are you here by permission of the United States? Yes, welcome to America! No,deport. Easy law, easy fix. This is true comprehensive immigration reform as it encompass all illegals here wait for it......ILLEGALLY!
Say you're walking down the street and two guys come up, flash INS badges, and throw you into a car. Once in they say you have been identified as being here illegally and you're being deported. Shouldn't there be some due process that the government would have to go through that would also allow you to prove that they were wrong?
Sorry, Trump is wrong on this.
In the case of an illegal alien, due process consists of determining that. Once determined, and assuming that an illegal alien had no further “rights” (which he doesn’t) then it is out you go.
Consider - how many articles do you carry on your person at any given time which can be used to unequivocally prove that you are a citizen? Without due process, you are not allowed to get anything else, you may not testify, and no one can testify for you.
IOW, without due process, anyone can be jailed and deported simply because they are not carrying proof of citizenship.

They should change the name of the show. Donald Trump have to be on the show almost as much is Bill O’Reilly.
As usual, O’Reilly blusters through a complex issue making a muddle of it. IMHO, Trump was actually closer to the truth in the context of their conversation. There is no question that illegal aliens enjoy constitutional rights and are entitled to due process to protect them. For example, you cannot, legally, just beat them up and take their wallet. O’Reilly was right about that, but that’s not what they were talking about. No illegal alien has a constitutional right to enter the US, or even stay here. Such due process as they are entitled to in that area is only what law congress provides them by statute, and, frankly, it’s constitutionally obliged to provide very little if anything. That’s what Trump meant and he was right.
Unless Congress changes that, they get a hearing.
If so, then there would be some form of due process.
Due process is the right of a citizen. You aren’t a citizen, you have no due process. Simple as that.
Trump’s right. Even though the 13th, 14th and 15th amendments were passed to protect former slaves (`Reconstruction amendments), and illegals are slave gardeners, pool cleaners, maids, etc. to those who need them to make their beds and want more, a broad interpretation of a living, breathing instrument means due process under the 4th, 5th and 14th can be satisfied with a bilingual magistrate at the border crossing inspection stations and a computer.
A brief hearing, a DNA swab—if `first-timers’ cannot show with on-line records that they are here legally, complete the charade them frog-march them to their countrymen and give them a shove.
If they re-enter, that’s a crime—give them a shovel, sledgehammer, trowel and put them to work on the wall.
We’ve never deported people before?
Whats the mystery just speed it up
There is always some amount of due process.
“FOX continues to support the traitorous group known as the Cheap Labor Express.”
And every issue of the Wall Street Journal for the past 4 months has trashed Trump. Every single issue.NO exceptions Murdoch is a POS!
It’s really easy I think and it’s been said many times before.
No work, no free stuff and they go home by themselves.
