But he led us into wars we couldn't afford that destabilized the middle east, increased Common Core and put in the Pharmaceutical program on Medicare, he introduced quantitative easing which assured the economy would never fully recover, and he enabled the invasion of the US which caused economic and social problems for the middle class.

Even if GWB did almost stabilize the budget, these and other actions guaranteed future deficits.
