You still have yet to deliver me a quote from Ted Cruz stating that “God told me to enter the race.” Genuine Christians feel inspired most every day. Whether it be cleaning the house, feeding the hungry, or running for president. If you don’t understand that, then just say you don’t understand it and that it makes you nervous. But don’t go around trying to put words in Ted’s mouth just so you can make your phantom point.

Read the Cruz Tax Plan. The “simple 16% business flat tax” is applied to revenue minus the cost of materials. That is “value added”. So it is a tax on payroll as well as profits.

No more tax preferences, no lobbying, massive incentives for saving and investment. This would be better than Reaganomics and would incite a tsunami of economic growth!”

You seem to be referencing something his father said, not something Ted Cruz said, but why do you have a problem if God tells someone to obey him?
