Former president George W. Bush will join his brother former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush in South Carolina to campaign.

The two will focus on national security issues in the important Southern state.

"They want a commander-in-chief that will have a steady hand and have a backbone and will support the troops and has detailed plans on how to keep us safe as it relates to Islamic terrorism," Jeb Bush said Wednesday on CNN's "New Day." "Here in South Carolina particularly that's an important issue."

W campaigning for Jeb?

That's like AIDS campaigning for Cancer.

I wonder if Jeb has any clue how weak and pathetic having to bring his mother and brother in to save him looks? Especially after being branded “low energy” and a “loser”? The Bush campaign’s slow downward spiral is like watching the poor schlubs in a Coen brothers movie self-destruct.

Is Lindsey Graham going to be the M.C.? Peyton Manning could drop in and bring a big crowd.

I like that lyric: but has SC truly had enough of the Bushes?

You’re leaving out Rubio: isn’t she Haley’s choice, or is Haley for Jebbie too?

That’s right, GWB went out of his way a few weeks ago to ridicule Cruz, who worked on the GWB 2000 recount project. GWB wouldn’t stand up for Katherine Harris either. GHWB wouldn’t attend Lee Atwater’s funeral.

Globalist presidents pushing globalist ideas on their country is my definition of a bad president. There are more things, but that’s a good start.

“People”? That is not Yeb’s concern.

This is a reminder to donors.

W didn’t use the bully pulpit to refute attacks during his presidency. When Obama threatened to pursue criminal prosecution on CIA agents who used harsh interrogation techniques against Islamic terrorists, W was silent. For years Obama blamed W for the economy, foreign policy, etc. and W remained silent.

Now, to support his brother W finally speaks up. Pathetic. I no longer respect W.

You can fool some of the people some of the time but you can’t fool all of the people all of the time. The public is wise to the Bushs’, time for them to take a hike.

Well, so much for his stance of staying out of political discourse after leaving office and he wouldn’t have this time if little jebbie wasn’t in trouble.

Dynasty Desperation.

The Bushes were not really bad presidents. But they also were not really good presidents.

Right now America needs a great president. Bushes don’t have that in them.

That's true. The Bushes are good people, and they truly love the U.S.A. and want what's best. Their intentions are honorable and good.

However, they have vastly underestimated America's problems and those of the world and have no idea how to solve them. Their time has come and gone.

The world is in a desperate situation, and it grows more dangerous by the day.

Western Civilization is in an advanced state of decay.

Those who are overwhelmed by the decadence are paralyzed by it.

So decadent are the European nations that they are unable to prevent Third World invaders from conquering them; in fact, they actually pay their conquerors to conquer them.

Their decadence is even more pathetic than that of Imperial China, when it was unable to prevent nations as small as Portugal from ripping off chunks of its territory and forcing the Chinese to submit to their laws.

Americans who are wise enough to understand what's going on are determined to oppose the decadence of Western Civilization and are willing to fight. But they need a leader who is powerful, smart, aggressive, and resolute, and that is Donald Trump.

Those who are overwhelmed with decadence are horrified by Trump, the truth he speaks, and his opposition to the decay that overwhelms them.

However, wise, truthful, and resolute Americans KNOW that Trump's way is the right way--and the ONLY way--to slash through the Gordian Knot of Western Decadence. And THAT is what the Trump Revolution is all about.

I agree. But the only way Bush wins the nomination is through a brokered convention. A three way split of delegates between Trump, Cruz and Bush would lead to a brokered convention. In that convention, the GOP establishment would support Bush

The establishment won't have enough delegates to push John Ellis Bush over.

Bush 43 went AWOL on America in his second term when he failed to correct or even confront the pack of democrat hyenas savaging his presidency, his policies, our men at war, and our national values

We have essentially been pwned democrats since the last 3 years of the Bush presidency

Bush 43 and Karl Rove gave us OBAMA

Cannot even IMAGINE what we as a nation will become if the mild mannered doofus Jebster ever unpacks his family u-haul at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Probably better to just let the democrat-marxists just take the government and own it, at least over history, while the Bushes and their cronies continue to pull down their millions consulting with the World Bank and its many affiliates

I liked George W. Bush. He wasn’t perfect, but he was a decent president.”

He was/is a full-throated amnesty pimp. What is decent about trying to destroy the United States?

How many Americans have been murdered by the illegals he allowed in, to “do jobs Americans won’t do”?

Strange that he has been so quiet and picked the worst possible ways to use his post-presidency influence.
