If conservatism is your bag, if conservatism is the dominating factor in how you vote, there is no other choice for you in this campaign than Ted Cruz, because you are exactly right: This is the closest in our lifetimes we have ever been to Ronald Reagan.

Having a president who appoints solid rock rib conservatives on the court will make reversing illegal immigration a lot easier or even possible.
Did I say Trump was a conservative? I said Trump sees politicians as a bunch of liars and in my opinion conservatism does not mean squat anymore. They are all a bunch of lying dogs in Washington DC. Just the other day I heard big time RINO Paul Ryan saying how “conservative” he was and I felt like throwing up. I see Jeb Bush, an amnesty and opens borders pimp telling the world at every debate how “conservative” he is. And a cat’s got a carburetor. So like I said conservatism doesn’t mean squat anymore. Do away with all these labels. They mean nothing. George W. Bush started the death of what was left of conservatism when he ran as a conservative and didn’t veto the first spending bill till his last couple months in office. Under Bush a co-pay at the VA went from around $3 to $8 when by the time he left. Service in the VA were slashed because they couldn’t recruit doctors. It has no money to pay them. The VA went to the dogs when he was president and Obama finished it off. All this diversity BS was started under Bush, and expanded Obama. He was elected as a “compassionate conservative” and turned out to be nothing in the world but a big government liberal. Bush is the reason America has Obama. So if the Bushes and the Kasichs, and the Christies and the Romneys, the McCains, the Grahams, if that’s conservatism, and every one of them will say how conservative they are, there is no such thing as conservatism in the Republican Party.
