Ted Cruz will move the ball in our direction, despite the opposition. The power of the presidency will enable him to get some things done that we’ll like.
I have no faith that Trump will move the ball in the direction we want to go.

If Trump only does ONE thing he says he will do.
Build the wall and stop illegal immigration, he will have moved the ball further in out direction than any president in my lifetime.
And the best part is... Trump doesn't even have to get congress to pass any new laws to accomplish this. The laws are already on the books!

I also worry about all the unrealistic bluster behind Trump's promises, like making Mexico pay for the wall, or slapping huge tariffs on China. When he finds out that he can't just wave his hands and get Democrats in Congress to go along with his plans, what kind of deals is the master deal maker going to make to get those things done?
What do the Democrats want that he's going to give them to make that bluster come true?
I have absolutely zero faith in that guy, and am trying to convince myself that he's even worthy of a vote in the general election.
