Senate Candidate Ted Cruz was for it, before he was against itâ¦
All day long, and into the next week! After that, we can see more of the future. Teddy won in Iowa with is Obama-like data mining contacts. Teddy managed to get a lot of votes in NH, but 3:1 is a bit lopsided, don'cha think?
Itâs going to be so peaceful on FR after the NYC wind bag drops out.
I doubt Donald will drop out. As for wind bag, you are one of those supporting a lawyer! Uh, Uh, Uh is a large part of his repertoire. His preacher-style speaking doesn't impress me.
We live in an interesting time. There is too much at stake to continue all the animosity on both sides. You are welcome to support anybody, like I do, but I like people who do things, not talk about them. Teddy doesn't even show up for the job the people of Texas hired him to do. He is failing to go to important meetings for Armed Forces and Vets. That is just one of the reasons I left the Teddy fold.
But, we will see how the people of SC feel about them both. I am a native of North Carolina, and "The Donald" is playing well there! They are the same sort of people, so I expect him to do well in SC.
Good night from the Philippines! We are heading 5 hours north tomorrow to get a new Dobie puppy. My sweetie tells me that my boy Cadbury needs a girl! She wants to name her Hershey!
Always read the fine print, as with any legal deal, and it doesn't hurt to check out the company. It sounds like you handled everything well.
What people don't get is that the oil company will profit handsomely from the arrangement.
Mineral Lease fees up here were running over $4500/acre in the best areas, with a 20% royalty on production.
At those rates, a guy could afford to farm the rest of his life, if he wanted to. (Old joke in these parts: "Hey! My oil well came in! Now I can afford to keep farming for another ten years, at least!")
That depends on land use in the area, granted.
Here most pipelines cross agricultural land, so it isn't an issue so much as in areas where there are dense buildings.
There are restrictions on emplacing permanent structures over pipelines, and setbacks from the right of way, both for new structures, and restricting placement of the line too close to existing structures. Here, too, the lines are buried below plow depth, so agricultural use can continue after the line is put in.
Location of surface facilities requires leasing or purchasing a site for that, and is commonly part of any lease arrangement. There is some leeway in where those facilities will be located, so long as they are on the line.
From a fellow West Virginian, have a good trip FRiend, looks like a fine dog too, train Cadbury to go after trolls, sign him up on FR, and turn him loose! ;)
Once people get to know him, I am confident Cruz’s negative will go up. I would assume that most people who do not know know him also do not know about the whole Canadian thing either.
We will see. I believe Trump can improve that especially compared to whatever scumbag the rats will end up running.
Disturbing fascination you've got there with all things going in and out of the colon.
And there you go with that colon fascination again. Did that start with you as a child, or has it been more recent?
The only fascination is wondering how you can personally ingest so much sh*t and still manage to find the keys on the keyboard.
No wonder Jacksonville has such a whiff about it.
Buzz off douche.
LOL!!! Where’s that can of ‘TROLL AWAY’ when ya need it, huh?
What is truly wonderful is seeing that the day after losing in Iowa every Frumpster was a miserable clod. Now a day after winning in New Hampshire, every Frumpster is a miserable clod.
You and mkjessup really have a thing going don’t you.
Frumpster rallies are probably a great place to get your groove on, share nasty Cruz memes, and make New York City values great again.
Eminent domain made Trump rich. That’s all Cruz wants you to know. /s
Sir, you are EXACTLY correct on all points!
Ironically, there is no more important issue than a country saver in the Oval Office (Trump OR Cruz).
That said, all our modern conveniences are a direct result of ED which takes many forms by the way that are not always called Eminent Domain.
Government once attempted to force my development company to donate 100k for a fishing pier, to name just one co-ercive tactic of government!
Wow! These are AWESOME evidence of the importance of ED, properly applied and used. Thanks for taking the time to send them.
