What are the rules for cross-party voting in primaries in SC?

I’m in NC, where independents can crossover. Don’t know about SC.

NC primary is not until March 15, by which time it could well be over.

A lot of blacks are impressed by Mr. Trump’s Bling, he get’s mentioned a lot in rap songs.
It will be interesting to see how many cross over to him.
