And heâll do what he says. See, that is my problem with Trump. All through his career, he has switched back and forth on many issues depending on what gave him the best advantage at the time.
If he is nominated for the Republican ticket, I would vote for him. But nothing in his history gives me confidence that he would govern as a conservative.

You are just wrong, but lots of you make the mistake of taking something someone says in passing as stating thier position in life. It's actions, not words that make a conservative. In truth, Trump has always done the conservative thing. Trump is by far the most conservative candidate in this race in both deed and platform. Trump does not support giving obumber a free hand to decide security and trade with laws like TPA and corker bill.

See, that is my problem with Trump. All through his career, he has switched back and forth on many issues depending on what gave him the best advantage at the time. His career wasn't in politics, so his past political statements are pretty irrelevant to today and the job at hand. Chipping away at some of the problems this country faces is a big project, and he's the only candidate who has taken on big projects. He's got energy, and he isn't a drunk or a communist.
He's not God, but he's probably the only one available who can at least get some positive things done.
