GOP front-runner Donald Trumpâs son Eric Trump cited his Father Donaldâs work ethic, independence, high expectations and patriotism in making the case for the business man for President today to Breitbart News Daily host Stephen K. Bannon.
âHe doesnât need this job,â said Eric Trump, âHeâs doing it because America has given him everything in the world. Itâs given him an amazing company. Itâs given him us as a family. Itâs given him great success and the country is just going down the tube.â
âWeâve got nineteen trillion dollars worth of debt. Weâre going bankrupt. Weâve got a nation thatâs ranked 28th in the world in terms of education. You have Third World countries that are beating us in terms of educating our youth and he problems go on and on,â he added.
âThatâs why he hopped into this. Thatâs why he self-funded. Very simply, itâs love of countryâ thatâs motivating his Father Donald to run for President, said his son, Eric.
Itâs not an enjoyable process. Itâs a tough process. Youâre getting hit from every angle. Youâre getting beat up everyday. Itâs a very expensive process. Again, heâs putting his money where his mouth is. Heâs doing it because he loves this country and he canât stand the incompetence of whatâs happening. We have leaders out there who have never made payroll themselves. We have leaders out there who canât balance their own checkbooks, let alone the national debt and national expenditures. Thatâs why heâs doing it and he would do such a great job whipping this into shape.
âThe speed of execution at which weâd work as a government under Trump would be like something never seen before. He has high expectations ⦠he loves this nation, thatâs why heâs in the race.

Name the reports. What kind of illegal chips did his father buy? What about Trump University?
If he hired illegals, then why isn't the news media hammering that day in and day out? Plus, why are the illegals allowed to come into the country?
If he stiffed contractors, then why isn't the media hammering on that day in and day out? "Everyone says he did", then who are these everyone?
Let me tell you about hiring illegals. First, you can't ask a person if they are illegal or legal. That is Federal law. Second, if a person show a picture I.D. and another piece of identification , that is all that is necessary for the filling out of a I-9 form. Finally, they must be paid the minimum wage or better. If that isn't done, then expect a visit from Labor and Industries. Remember, they have cellphones and know the number.
If you or your company is found to be in violation, then expect fines or a loss of the business license. And, you or the company must prove innocence because you or the company is already guilty in the eyes of the law.
So I guess if every person in the United States files bankruptcy that’s a good thing?
“but that does not mean the the Executive branch has to spend the money”
Yes it does.

Chapter 11; not Chapter 7
SO, you’re arguing that he’s got great experience at restructuring debt and paying off creditors.
You sure you want to go there?
Yea! Nothing screams "classy!" like a whole gaggle of baby mamas and ex-mistresses, like a bedouin or gangsta rapper.
I read once that Trump will only wear brand new socks once. Then he throws them out. That’s a metrosexual rating of “Imelda” for those scoring at home.
Wow, I didn’t even know that. It might scuff up his pedicure.
Sounds like something we have heard before, and things did not work out so great last time around
I don't know about the vulgarities, but right now he has about 6 million tweet-peeps. That would make for quite a "March on Washington." I would think that a populist who got himself elected by being popular would have an ability to motivate a crowd to take a little road trip.
If nothing else, it would beat what the Canadian Televangelist would do -- call for a Public Prayin' Party on the steps of Congress, get down on his knees to bless the sinners, all the while keeping one eye open for the camera angles.
“children of rich wimps”
Daddy Donald has his faults but I don’t see evidence that he’s a wimp. Why do you say that?
And in his head.
So did Harry Truman and Ulysses S. Grant. They turned out to be pretty darn good presidents.
You would be astounded at what a little presidential leverage can do.
Imagine Obama in reverse. Look at how he has completely stifled a GOP House and Senate, just by doing what he wants. A president, within the Constitution, has amazing power of the purse. Yes, Congress authorizes . . . but if there’s no department there to send the money to, nothing happens. We have not seen a real, committed CEO of a president since Reagan. I have a feeling Trump will be equally prepared going in as Reagan was in terms of understanding of the budget process and administration-—maybe not government administration per se, but overall financial and business practices. It will be beautiful.
And Andy Jackson. Don’t forget Jackson. And Robert Morris, merely the financier of the Revolution. And William Penn.
Henry Ford and Sam Colt both had companies that failed. Trump has four out of 100.
Which candidate are you supporting, nick?
Since we see you enjoy posting negative posts on (most every) Trump thread?
Tell that to Obama. He spends it or does not spend it as he pleases.
Nice to know you can read minds through the internet.
Too bad my posting history says you’re FOS.
Just because I don’t follow your path of blinding hatred....
Jeez.
Once again, you prove you haven’t a clue.
About anything.
Based on what?
Just because I donât follow your path of blinding hatred....
I think you are being like a liberal. It's not about hate it's about logic. When Trump leaves the political realm, I won't care what he does. But if Trump wants to run for president, he should do so as a Democrat. For him to run as a Republican and try to destroy conservatism is not okay.
Blinding hatred?
That's a joke. Was it love when Trump used his media properties to attack and humiliate a young Christian woman?
You insult me, but you never refute anything I say. This is like the Obama supporters of 2008.
