Ben Carson will be notably absent from his New Hampshire primary party on Tuesday.
The retired neurosurgeon will instead fly to South Carolina in the afternoon, his campaign said. Following Tuesday's first-in-the-nation primary in New Hampshire, South Carolina Republicans will vote next, on Feb. 20.
The decision to leave New Hampshire early comes after Carson's campaign last week said he would be going home to Florida instead of campaigning in New Hampshire or South Carolina following the Iowa caucuses.

Ben Carson is officially an establishment tool. He’s not running a campaign and hasn’t been since november. His campaign has raised more money than anyone else and he enjoys the private jets and luxury accommodations. His only mission is to depress Cruz with the help and blessing of the Republican establishment.

Armstrong Williams is the major cause of all Carson’s campaign woes. If Carson had sent him home from the beginning and listened to the professionals he would be in a much better position now.

I would posit there Carson voters have their reasons for supporting him and not Cruz.
Their positions aren't that different, are they?
Would Cruz gain if Carson dropped out? Probably. Would he automatically collect all or even most the Carson votes? I doubt it.

I think Carson intends to now shoot himself in his other foot. Good thing he's a surgeon.

It is also Cruz's fault that Obama was elected. Cruz is the devil to many Freepers and most of the Democrat party. They all easily swapped from Bush's fault to Cruz's fault. Many Freepers also believe Cruz caused global warming. Especially if Trump were to say it.

It is my personal opinion that Carson is in this because donor money is being used to fund his BOOK TOUR.

Well Carson is gonna come in like probably 8th (looks like Fiornia is ahead of him, Rand is still on the ballot so maybe even 9th), not much to celebrate.

Carson to skip his own New Hampshire primary party What's he got to celebrate?
To: AppyPappy
Carson has no traction up North. I doubt he's got a lot anywhere else in the country either.

.
Carson is no longer receiving much donor money.
That is why his chief of staff is running around dropping rumors.

Looks like he’s getting out.

The Cruz campaign would never believe that, unless it came from CNN.Don't know what Team Cruz believes, but I'm pretty sure they would describe what it looks like.

.
His campaign is flat broke.
