We can cut him some slack, it must get tiring out there, on the trail, to repeat the message looking for votes. Go Rubio.

No... We can't cut him some slack.

Immigration/amnesty isn't just another issue. It's the ballgame. He can get it wrong on the 2nd amendment, but that can be fixed later. He can come down wrong on taxes, but you can fix that later. He can come down wrong on the issue of life, but that can be fixed later. If he comes down on the wrong of immigration once he get's into office, it will be irreversible. The (extreme) damage will be done, and there will be no going back.

Based on the above, Rubio's history should disqualify him as a potential nominee. If you review his history you will find that Rubio was a best friend to illegals when he served as Florida's house speaker. When it came time to run for the senate in 2010 that changed and he became a border/anti-amnesty hawk. After he got elected he became the the architect of the Gang of 8 bill. Now that he's running for the nomination, he's once again trying to pass himself off as a border hawk.

If you look into what Rubio did in his attempts to sell the Gang of 8 bill, two words will come to mind - mendacity and duplicity.

No. Rubio deserves no slack. Rubio must be stopped.

Horse hockey! He's tired? Too bad! It comes with the territory! Presidential campaigns are to weed out the weak and undesireable.

But hey! You go ahead and support someone who can't cut it. I'm sure he'd make a great President under pressure.

“had another repetitious lapse. “

It wasn’t a lapse. He said he would keep on saying it.

The only thing worse than repeating a campaign line would be doing it with a teleprompter in front of you. Imagine how much fun the NY Times would have with that one if a candidate ever did that. Oh, wait.

Rubio is drawing flak from conservatives. The liberals like his oft repeated line about Obama's accomplishments. Rubio never says that Obama was destroying the country, just that he got a lot done.

Son of a gun. I thought this was a story from the New York Times.About Chris Christie’s beat down of Rubio.
I did not realize that both Christie and The Times were conservative.
Damn! Live and Learn.

Give me a break...Trump is 69, and runs circles around “metro” Marco, who’s what 44? Not only is the Rube unqualified, he is lazy..typical politician.

Go take a siesta, Marco.

What does that have to do with what I wrote?

Just like those who insist Rubio is conservative, he isn’t and has nothing to do with such.

Do you really have confidence in Rubio facing off against Vladimir Putin?

Putin would eat him up and spit him out. Rubio would leave any confrontation with Putin with nothing to show but a wet pair of pants. Boy vs Man.

He’s more conservative than everyone else who’s running except Cruz. Certainly more than Trump, who isn’t even close. He’s not my first choice, but I’ll gladly vote for him in the general if that’s who we wind up with.

I can’t support amnesty and obamacare, which Rubio supports.
The Gang of 8 BS has me going, “Rubio who?”
