Cruz has been a narcissist since college, if you read anything from people who know him personally. No one ever sees a weak Cruz, because he masks weakness with a spew of words. Cruz will never tell you he made a mistake or changed his mind because he sees that as weakness (a trait he has in common with George W. Bush). He’s perfect—just ask him. He’s pure—just ask him. He’s brilliant -just ask him.

I read Gerson's column because he used the word Narcissism .

Gerson, the author of the article, is wrong on two counts (at least) in that excerpt.

Cruz is not a narcissist and Rubio is not a Conservative, even though he lied on his run for the Senate and got help from the TEA Party.
