Trump repeats vulgar word audience member uses to describe Cruz (interview with woman)
CNN ^

Posted on 02/08/2016 8:34:37 PM PST by springwater13

The woman who yelled the vulgarity that Trump repeated is a 52-year-old Salem, New Hampshire, resident named Caroline, who declined to give her last name.

She told CNN that she went to the rally hoping to ask Trump a question about how he would crack down on tax fraud committed by undocumented immigrants.

"He truly cares about the American people," she said.

She said she did not plan to yell out a vulgarity, but when Trump mentioned Cruz, she said she couldn't help herself.

"It just came out of my mouth," she said. "It wasn't like I thought about it."

Afterwards, she said,"Everybody behind me was just patting me on the back."

She said she knew that Trump was kidding when he reprimanded her.

Not how I want my POTUS to talk.

Using the word "POTUS" offends me, it sounds dirty.

>> Trump thinks that's how republicans that don't go to church talk to each other <<

A brilliant observation!

(And I guess it also explains Trump's several F-bombs during recent NH rallies.)

>> It's an honest mistake <<

Well, maybe it's exactly the kind of "honesty" one should expect from a man who brags (a) about bribing politicians, (b) about manipulating the bankruptcy laws as a part of his normal business strategy, and (c) about seducing married women.

>> Ted Cruz was a pussyfooter around the question about Water Boarding <<

I didn’t think that answer was too bad.

On the other hand, I think the worst “pussyfooting” by Cruz was when the moderator asked Cruz about his saying in Iowa that Trump lacked the “temperament” to be POTUS.

Cruz demurred awkwardly on the question, and it looked to me as if Cruz just didn’t have the cojones to say something to Trump’s face that he had said behind Trump’s back.

I’d still take Cruz over Trump any day. But that particular exchange was not exactly a display of Cruzian bravery. Pretty pathetic, if you ask me.

>> If that were the case why would a female in the audience use it? <<

It think it’s for the same reason that Hilary’s foul mouth apparently can make the most vulgar sailor lower his head in shame, namely, that obscene language is — in the view of the feminazi cult — a tool to let women overcome the Judeo-Chrsitian culture’s patrimonic oppression of the fair sex. Put another way, if men can cuss, women can cuss better.

>> That makes it alright then does it? <<

Yes indeed. Welcome to the New World of Trumpistic Logic, where two wrongs always make a right, where three wrongs cause the One’s followers to writhe almost as in orgiastic delight, and where four wrongs elevate the cultists straight to the Nirvana of an imaginary Trumpsterian Casino.

Yeah, you’re right. Why didn’t I think of that? The word almost gives me a secret thrill. Maybe the Mods around here should ban it?

So you’ve got these unknown female members of the audience all figured out and profiled.

That’s incredible.

I see where you got the etymology from, but I still contend that the two words in this context are synonymous.

No sense of female private parts here and no obscene use here.

the common use takes precedence as to meaning
