Authorities say at least three people were killed after a fight broke out among a group of people wielding sticks and bats at a large apartment complex in Marin City, north of San Francisco.

Nope if you follow the links, the apartment complex in Marin City is all Section 8. It says they pay 30% which means we pick up the rest for everyone in the ghetto.
Oops. Should’ve said 30% of their ‘income’. So essentially they could be paying close to nothing.
