Actually both Carson and trump missed their introductions....trump wasn't standing with anyone. Just ignorant cultist wishing something that isn't true I can understand why Cruz didn't stop.
Carson didn't have any caucus votes he could steal, and the oiliness probably just slid Ted right on by...
Maybe next time Carson should wear a t-shirt with one of these on it to get the time of day from Teddie:
