Donald Trump shushed Jeb Bush during a feisty exchange between the two Republican candidates on eminent domain.
Trump was asked a question about eminent domain and he defended it, provoking Bush to interject that Trump used it to build a "limousine parking lot for his casino in Atlantic City."
When Bush moved to interrupt the real estate mogul, Trump raised one finger to his lips.
"Quiet," Trump said to Bush. The audience booed, and Trump said the booing was because of all the wealthy donors in the audience.
"The RNC told us we have all donors in the audience. And the reason they're not loving me is I don't want their money," Trump said, as the crowd continued to boo.

Priebus is every bit as much on the take as any candidate.
Trump used it to build a âlimousine parking lot for his casino in Atlantic City.â
Since, by now, everyone knows that is not true, why would Bush use such a remark ? Does he think everyone in the US is that stupid?

Actually he did get the locals to use eminent domain against the old lady some of his people even damaged her property.
She fought him and the state in court and she kicked Trump and his state lackies asses. Doesn’t mean he didn’t try to steal an old ladies property. He just LOST.
Mama Bush should've taught Little Jebbie not to interrupt, but he did shut up when Trump "shushed" him.
Sort of sounded like a DNC rent-a-mob, but these days it’s the same thing as a GOP-e rent-a-mob!
The Trumpeters only hear what they want. This attraction with Trump is exactly like the original attraction, the Democrats and many independents, had with Obama. He talks in generalities and is vociferous on a few populist issues (conservative issues in Trump's case). People project their own beliefs on him as if he's is saying exactly what they believe even though he is not.
He is certainly preferable to any of the Democrats, and most of the Republicans IMO, but he is absolutely no conservative and would probably be a complete disaster when it comes to SC appointments.
Cruz did such a great jobs helping the Roberts appointment.
“Pipelines just like power lines are considered for public use. Pipelines are considered necessary for nation defense.”
Ok, I’ll bite.
So by your logic, a privately-owned, for-profit military force would be OK, if it’s considered necessary for a national defense?
If we put Exxon-Mobil in charge of peace in the Middle East, and allowed them to keep the profits from oil revenues - we’d have peace in the Middle East. It wouldn’t take 10 years.
You might not like how they did it, but we’d have peace.
Nobody would build the pipeline if there were not capitalist incentive - profit. There is a reason “government” can’t do it - because they are incompetent and corrupt and unaccountable.
The Bern is strong with your post.
Trump had a point....it’s telling that the front runners were all booed...but all the governors were cheered and got softball questions.
Along with virtually every conservative in the country!!!!
I thought he handled it brilliantly...and I’m a Cruz guy!!!!

No. You’re claiming a false moral high ground, as if your politician is going to somehow be different from all the other politicians that came before him.
There is at least a reasonable expectation that Trump will actually do what he says on immigration. That’s the only issue I care about. I’m sure others believe he’ll do what he says on other issues. That’s the foundation of his support. Sure, there are “generalities”, all politicians have them, and then lie about them after they get elected.
Do I think Trump could be just like whomever you support - that is “say one thing, do another and then lie about it” - sure he could be just like your candidate - who will follow the tried-and-true template for getting elected.
Trump is not following the template so far, so I believe (whether rightly or wrongly) that he will do substantially what he says he will do on immigration. I think that’s a similar basis for other supporters of Trump.
He could be just like every other politician, true. We at least have reason to believe he won’t be.
There is no other politician on the Republican slate that gives anyone any reason to believe they aren’t “more of the same”.
“he is absolutely no conservative and would probably be a complete disaster when it comes to SC appointments.”
You have no basis for this judgment to be credible. You have no idea if he would be better or worse than any other GOP candidate or president from the past.
All due respect, man, I just can’t agree that he’s preferable to most any other republican. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about 90% of the time, and what little he does know (like eminent domain, appointing pro-choice judges to courts) he’s 100% wrong on.
Incoherent nonsense, spouted loudly and confidently, remains incoherent nonsense.
Sorry, I shouldn't have used "most any other republican" because I do agree with you on your overall assessment. However, he (Trump) would get my vote over a few that were on the stage last night, Carson for one and Jeb for another.
I said nothing about Cruz, but that is a nonsense response. Nobody expected the Roberts appointment to turn out the way it did, a complete change in past judgmental temperament.
And the RNC I believe did this deliberately to help their candidate for nominee, who is not Trump. Didn’t work. Go Trump.
SCANDAL=> HOUSE WAS STACKED — Trump Camp Given ONLY 20 TICKETS For Supporters at GOP Debate
Trump was right.
The audience was stacked against the GOP frontrunner.
Trump’s close associate Roger Stone tweeted out that the Trump camp was only given 20 tickets by the GOP!

The HOUSE is stacked- Trump Camp given ONLY 20 tickets- RNC Donors PURCHASED TICKETS- Hostile Establishment House #Trump2016
“In Truth we can thank Jeb Bush’s Dad for Eminent domain for appointing David Souter along with for New Hampshire Governor John Sunnu”
Also, Scotus John Roberts, friend of Ted Cruz and recruited by Cruz does not object to the Kelo decision. He says the congress still has the power to regulate Kelo, if they choose to.

Really? So it should then be no problem for you to provide sourced documentation as proof of your wild claim ?
It's not that I don't believe you because of who I may support, it's that I'm interested in the truth, and you are making an outrageous claim here, with no proof anywhere I can find. And I have looked.
I would say the proper description would be 'gullible'. And the percentage for that is probably much higher.
He offered her about 4 times the market value and she refused because her son thought he could scam more money out of Trump.
After that, Trump turned it over to his lawyers who tried to use Eminent Domain and they lost the case in court. The lady lived out her life in the house, and her son sold it later on the market for way less than it was worth. Her son screwed HER and HIMSELF out of money.
At no point did Trump try to 'steal' it.
