People who are prohibited from carrying firearms are prohibited from carry concealed and switchblades knifes looks like to me

As I read it, if you are carrying the knife openly, even if you are not able to legally possess a firearm, it is legal.

So it looks like carrying a knife openly would be legal for someone who had a felony record.

I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on the Internet.
