As I read it, if you are carrying the knife openly, even if you are not able to legally possess a firearm, it is legal.

So it looks like carrying a knife openly would be legal for someone who had a felony record.

I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on the Internet.

Allowing convicted felons who have paid their debt to society to have guns should be the next area of law to be changed. Any restriction on “shall not be infringed” only energizes those opposed to gun rights of any kind.
