he does not explain his busienss techniques because he is so accustomed to working to specifications with teams of engineers. He is an executive and decision maker who sets policy and gets the best people to carry it out. He has explained before that he is not going to bog down in the campaign with senatorial minutiae. He wants to succeed and he has succeeded because he knows how to plan, assemble all necessary input and the right experts and move an initiative ahead in phases. You have to remain flexible. Why would you even want to have the president be a micromanager? You want a great leader and cultivator of talent who empowers people to solve problems. He has demonstrated that over and over in his career.

Concur. Jimmy Dhimmi Carter was a notorious micromanager.
