HILLARY CLINTON first grabbed the national spotlight 47 years ago as an idealistic young feminist, chiding the paternalistic establishment in her Wellesley commencement speech.
So itâs passing strange to watch her here, getting rebuffed by young women who believe that she lacks idealism, that she overplays her feminist hand and that she is the paternalistic establishment.
Bernie Sanders may be a dead ringer for Larry David, but Hillary is running the âCurb Your Enthusiasmâ campaign. She canât fire up young voters by dwelling on what canât be done in Washington and by explaining that sheâs more prose than poetry.

So....if Sanders does win the nomination, and the Democrat party backs him, will this not, once and for all, confirm that Democrats are, in fact, socialists?

Bernie Sanders has a long way to go to be a ‘chick magnet’ at age 74. However, HRC has a long ways to go to do a good imitation of a woman.
Really, who in their right mind would be attracted to HRC? Hillary is a shrill, arrogant Harpie. I wish some vet would put her down like the rabid beast she is. Bernie needs to retire to Cuba, where he can be with his loyal comrades.
To: ETL
Well, I may not give Bernie a second look, but evidently I better start giving his supporters a second look.
LOL

Maybe she’s being rebuffed by young women because they’re sickened by a disgusting, corrupt, lying criminal.

And that is what I expected to see, and the only reason I came to this thread. Thank you.

Rummy is in his 80s now and has grown rather bent. I saw him on TV recently: he has produced an “app” to play a kind of solitaire favored by Winston Churchill.

Maureen PanDowdy (hat tip to Ann Coulter) has had an undeservedly long career. I see she’s still unable to recognize the role the government played in the economic meltdown.

Everything in its place. Bernie in Cuba. Hillary in Hell. Can’t argue with that.

I am never going to complain about seeing the lovely lady here... or at least probably never.
I just don’t get why it’s a rule.
