Front-runner Donald Trump holds a nearly 10 percentage point lead over his rivals in New Hampshire’s Republican primary race, but Senator Marco Rubio is closing the gap in the final days, according to a new poll released Friday.
Twenty-nine percent of voters surveyed said they backed Trump, and Rubio of Florida took second place with 19 percent. That’s the highest level of support Rubio has shown in any public survey since Trump entered the race in the summer.

As soon as Trump gets the win his gap grows back with it IMO.
The fix is in, Rubio will be the nominee.

Rubio ran as teaparty than ditched the conservative movement the first chance he got.

I think Trump is the “corny capitalist” personally, supporting ethanol subsidies and whatnot. Sorry, I couldn’t resist. I’m sure Rubio is a corny capitalist as well as being a crony capitalist (leaving to punish my inner grammar nazi).
The bigger story is Rubio blowing past Cruz to second and Cruz falling to fifth, imho. I suspect the more ardent Cruz fans to ignore that and focus on pulling Trump down further, though. Pity, the infighting. Trump/Cruz was the ideal ticket, could still be.
Rubio is not a citizen.
My butt cheeks would tighten up if I knew Foam Party Rubio was closing in on me.

A very likely scenario at this point is a Rubio/Cruz “unity” ticket, IMO. Cruz has played ball with the GOPe to advance his career in the past and he will do it again.
Rubio will have a target on his back in the next debate. Let's see how he handles it.
Rubio’s amnesty will give the Democrats a permanent majority.

Yes the fix is in. They will start posting polls over next couple of days with Rubio closing in. The media hype will continue, Trump can’t lose, Rubio would cinch nomination, etc.
I said these a$$holes wouldn’t break my heart again but I’m wrong. I’ve watched these rigged elections for years, a conservative getting right up to the last few votes then magic circus, the lib pulls it out.
And I’ve watched the media and pollsters set it up over and over. They know what’s somewhat believable so they’ve had a harder time with Trump but now with all the networks painting Iowa as a loss, they can manipulate the narrative to their boy Rubio.
Rubio is a citizen, he’s just not a natural born citizen.
But nobody cares about that anymore.
