Did we miss the part where the treaty went before congress and the senate and get's passed or tossed and then sent to the phony's desk for his signature???
Oh, silly me, that's that part in the Constitution that doesn't matter any more. After all, we now have an infallible king from Kenya to tell us all how to wipe our butts as specified in the Holy Koran.
