He only beat Rubio by one percentage point. He could not have skipped Iowa and come in second.

I don’t see Trump As a loser post Iowa.

You need to read my post if you are going to comment correctly. I never said Trump should have skipped Iowa.
Trump made a tactical error by putting to much emphasis on a win in Iowa...too much negative campaigning with Cruz...it left an opening for a Rubio surge. I’m a Trump supporter...but he made a mistake...we’ll see how it goes.

It amazes me that you think any less effort in Iowa, would have caused Trump to have a better showing.

He beat Rubio by one point, and you blame that on Trump.

Blame it on the folks who had their campaign people tell Carson’s supporters he had dropped out.

Trump did exactly what a candidate should do, and any less and he would have come out in third place.

How would that have been better? Rubio would have looked stronger, and he would have been in a better position.

Trump did exactly what he had to do. He scraped with the others and came in second.

That is exactly what he should have done.

He got 7 delegates and Cruz got 8. It could have been six to eight if he had done any less in Iowa.
