I donât think your comments are off base, but I see it differently. I donât think you skip states. It would seem to say some states arenât worthy, and I wouldnât want to send that message.
Iâm not sure he couldnât have won it either. He didnât, but we donât know what the last minute shenanigans resulted in.
He may have had it won in the morning. Thatâs not sour grapes. Iâm just not positive he didnât.
He needed to get his feet wet somewhere. Iowa was probably a good place to break in. You could be spot on for all I know.
Thanks for mention.

I never wrote that Trump should have skipped Iowa. My point was he could of focused less on Iowa & not have tried for a knockout. He still would have come in 2nd place without dirtying himself up & without the perception of being a loser.
Trump backed into an Iowa commitment because he had jilted his supporters in 2012 by backing out early. Some months ago, he needed to be serious about a first contest to prove himself to skeptics.
John McCain, Rudy Giuliani and Jeb Bush are examples of candidates who believed they were so popular they could skip Iowa. Mixed results, to say the least.
He only beat Rubio by one percentage point. He could not have skipped Iowa and come in second.
I don’t see Trump As a loser post Iowa.
Look, you can parse your meaning however you like, I don’t have to agree.
You said he shouldn’t have focused on Iowa. (post 14)
As I responded, he only beat Rubio by one point and any less effort on his part would have cost him second place.
