Things slowing down so you have time to visit for a spell? Been a hectic week for you. Hope your mom’s feeling better today so you won’t have the fret-factor going.
No storms came through the other night, boohiss. They lost their steam before they got here. We just got rain, and small tree debris around the yard due to the wind.
Now winter’s back. Cold and they say we’ll probably get a little snow-dusting next week. hrrumph!
It was 40 when I left the office and just starting to sprinkle. Doesn’t seem to have continued, and it’s 37 at my house right now. *sigh* It’s gonna be hovering around freezing for a week.
Last evening she said she was feeling better, then pain back in the night. She seemed to have finally gone to sleep as I was leaving for work.
Just got her to eat a piece of toast and some applesauce.
