Two days ago Breitbart's Milo Yiannopoulos and Allum Bokhari (the latter's twitter page linked up above) began teasing an "Explosive" Cruz scandal that was supposed to post imminently on Breitbart.com.
According to Allum Bokhari, it would reveal the 'true face' of Ted Cruz and would be "much worse" than the Ben Carson-fraud fiasco currently ongoing. When asked if it would destroy the Cruz campaign, Allum replied he "couldn't say for sure." When asked about the initial delay, he replied that Breitbart is being very careful with the information due to its seriousness, but that the "wait was worth it."
At first I thought maybe Allum and Milo were simply trolling their readership due to the silence for more than 24 hours, but it appears the article really is coming and is indeed quite serious. According to Allum the article was held up in editorial, and now updates his readers with the following:

Allum has been posting 1 or 2 stories a day with no such similar delays, so it appears Breitbart is holding onto the story till after the vote in New Hampshire, probably to avoid accusations of trying to influence the election.
Other than the tweets about it being an "explosive" scandal, Milo and Allum have been entirely mum on the contents of the story, and haven't responded to multiple questions regarding whether Breitbart editors like Ben Shapiro may be trying to suppress it. Nevertheless, there is no indication the story will not be breaking at this point.
Rubio was spreading the same Carson rumor and pushing it hard.
They might be hoping they get scooped.
He wasn’t for abandoning ALL conservative principles to do it, though.

Well, by all means tell that to all the other complete fools who bothered to read and react to this ploy by Cruz on the thread with over 1200 FReeper comments. The majority thought it was ugly and counterproductive.

Digging up "dirt" and giving honest criticism are two very different things for your average Cruzbot, most of whom have become insufferable in their blind devotion to Cruz and willingness to believe every evil thing they can about his opponents.
