True, Lois Lerner and the rest of the IRS management, and in fact the whole Obama administration, worked illegally against the Tea Party. But consider this: Despite the fact that Tea Party values of Constitutional government are so pure, when people state their support or sympathy for the Tea Party they are looked at as extremists. That is not Lois Lerner. That is disinformation.
