Tonight Rick Santorum will be on Greta Van Susternâs show on FoxNews. Donald Trump will also be on the show. Do the math.
If it happens, this is too bad. Iâve never been a Rick Santorum fan but Iâve always respected his passion for his beliefs. Hopefully, I am reading too much into the tea leaves here. But if he endorses Trump it will mean that he has effectively jettisoned the social conservatism that has been his raison dâêtre in order for whatever pottage Donald Trump provides.
I said it earlier, Santorum will endorse TRUMP because he is always looking for work! Or, he will endorse RUBIO because he is always looking for work! LOL!
Rickster always had a penchant for the Establishment and carried their water his entire career, right down to the bottom of the lane, when he endorsed Snarlin’ Arlin Specter (R-PA), against Pat Toomey!
What a guy. Wish he had endorsed TRUMP though, because Rick had some fans who believed him when he spoke. Yikes!
“Gang of 8 shiâite stuff is going to hurt, he is very articulate and would whoop Hillary in a debate...”
Gang of 8 will only hurt in the primary.....however, I wonder if he can ask for forgiveness for being stupid.......lol. Would that work? And apparently he is the only one that beats Hillary in the polls at the moment.
Nothing proves Cruz is a NBC. Nothing, but his word for it.
Show me. Show me what certification looks like for a person born to Canadian citizens on Canadian soil, with a mother who was born here.
That works for military on assignment abroad, and for foreign service people assigned out of country.
Where can you find that it works for an American who takes up permanent residence in another country just cuz’?
BTW, why did Mrs. Cruz used the name of WILSON on Ted’s birth certificate? ( The first husband (Wilson) was from Fort Worth.)
These people are calculating and it isn’t in your favor, it’s always in theirs.
Yep - These people (Trump and his supporters) are calculating and it is not in your favor, it is always in theirs.
Uh, he like graduated from high school here.
What about the children of missionaries serving overseas?
You were right.
Sorry, but I don’t agree AND I do not trade my education for what “somebody else said.” YOU may accept what “smarter people” say, but I don’t. I’ll side with George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson. John Jay, James Madison, Tom Pain, Benjamin Franklin and a score of other members of the Constitution Committee and Founders pf this great nation. I have done entirely too much research on this over scores of years to accept the word of some Left Wing Harvard professor or other believer in a “Living Constitution.” For almost 200 years the meaning of Natural Born Citizen was KNOWN and accepted to mean born of BOTH parents citizens and BORN ON THE SOIL. Since the Progressives have been taking over our country, the Constitution which has protected and served us well is being chipped away because they say it needs to be modernized. What tomfoolery is that? Destroy the very thing that has made the
United States Unique in the History of the World...all in order to please the liberals who do not like the constraints on the government and the power in the hands in the people? Where do YOU stand? Platitudes don’t count. Either you support the constitution or you don’t.
Missionaries are not on the official business of the country are they? Children of Ambassadors and Military serving overseas are covered. Children of missionaries would not in my opinion be considered natural born citizens although they could claim citizenship with no problem.
The one guy named Ted has NO values to begin with!
You just endorsed the RINO #1 who is the pick of the Establishment! Congratulations! /Sarc.
That who beats Hillary in the polls is B>S> You know it and so do I.
Who are his moneymen? There’s your answer!
Actually I endorse Ted Cruz, but Rubio is better than Trump.
Santorum has picked winners before.

Haven’t seen any of his posts lately.
I am big on making money and figure if I spend 58 grand now and never have to pay another tax then I would financially be better off. I think it is true for everyone. Think about it, I pay about 20 grand a year in federal taxes, so in 3 years, I’d already be in a better spot. Of course it would have to be a trust in the government......not the best group to trust.
If I could make this post in 2 inch red letters, I would.
This will have to do, I guess
I AGREE!!!!
LOL Well, except the ‘’hot Eastern European women’’- but okay, as long as some of them open up bakeries. (I’ve got my own Czech fella & boy, he is everything my grandmother warned me about ‘’those old Czechs’’. They are ORRRNERY!
LOL Now, you’ve been warned, too)
DH & I both voted for Pat Buchanan all 3 years he ran in the primary- well, 2 primary & 1 Reform Party (had to look that up) for the actual election in 2000. The re-count p*ssed us both off, bigtime. Talk about your No Win election. Little did we know it would only get worse from there.
(I liked Dubya better than I thought I would, but that was probably because of Laura, Jenna, & the dogs. No way he was ALL bad. He is at least a good man.)
Rick Santorum admitted that even his wife told him not to endorse Specter.
Whether you agree with Rick’s decision, or not, he did it for honorable reasons. Rick knew Specter would be effective at getting Bush’s nominees confirmed.
Santorum said Alito would not have been confirmed if it weren’t for Specter.
It was a pretty obvious call, Santorum was always establishment.
Good call.
Who do you like in the Super Bowl?
