Fantabulous! Boffo! Bitchin' good!

Remember those words? LOL.

I've read all the posts through #174.
Such a pity some of the worst offenders either haven't seen your powerful message or have purposely neglected to reply.

"Trashing our fellow FReepers is something that should never be done. This is going to be a long fight and we do not want to lose too many of our friends."

Hmmm. I wonder how we're to deal with these dual members of that oppostion, echo chamber site wherein these members trash you and several of us on a regular, daily basis and recommend the withholding of donations in leiu of opuses, like the emotional, troll, who 'damned us all to hell,' libbylu?

IIRC, that suggestion came from the wise, duplicitious elder, Marcella. I know, I know, Marcella kicked-in $20 for your Chinese dinner. Guilt trip, no doubt. "Bless her heart."

ALL, please DRASTICALLY REDUCE your visits to FR or stop visiting it altogether. It needs to be deprived of site hits as well as donations. I've been donating to FR almost every quarter for going on 14 years, and most of the times those donations were $80 to $100. Four times a year. During that time, I have visited it probably daily several times a day; the only times I've missed checking in on FR for days is when I've been away from the internet for days AND between Aug & Nov of 2012, when it became a waste of time because it refused to allow free opinion expressed against a leftist Republican.

FR has become exactly as useful as a digital salad fork.

When it becomes genuinely useful and informative again I'll return and bump its traffic hits constantly again. It WAS my first pick choice to find out what's going on in the world of conservative thinking and debate as well as the world at large. Now it can only provide as biased and stilted a view as the sources it once replaced so its usefulness has ended at least temporarily.

The best way to help FR return to its roots is to visit it only every once in awhile and to stop donating. Otherwise we're just giving a junkie clean needles.

Another site whose only reason for being is to allow its members to speak poorly about Free Republic. How noble.

Primary season is never fun here and this one is especially bad.

The good news is that it WILL be over in a few weeks, we will almost certainly have a nominee by Super Tuesday.

I think a lot of us are prone to forget that FR doesn't get to pick the nominee, as evidenced by McCain and Romney.

I have sent a Freepmail to onyx and Jim saying she did not remember correctly when she said I was the one asking Freepers not to contribute. I would never do that.
Marcella, the elder
