She HAS to be indicted. Where is the Special Prosecutor?!

If your waiting on the Obama DOJ to go against Hillary, you might as well be buying lotto tickets.
To: BridgeOutAhead
Screw the Special prosecutor. An every day, run of the mill traffic cop should suffice.

Nixon was a fool for resigning.
What he did is minor compared to what the present generation of crooked politicians get away with every day.

I’ve been wondering the same thing.
Seems to me from all that I’ve read here over the past few months is that only the DOJ can bring her up on charges. Which means it’s all on obama, Jarrett and Lerner.
I can’t believe our founders didn’t put in somewhere in the checks and balances that should these folks NOT prosecute obvious crimes that someone can then hold THEM responsible and prosecute...
If there is such a mechanism for that, I blame our Congress for once again - doing nothing. And then, shame on US for continuing to vote them in. I think it’s time for tar and feathers (and rope)for all these criminals. But they know we won’t go so far in this day and age.

I bet she’s been handcuffed before.

If she loses NH then she will be indicted and Bernie then will announce Pocahontas as his running mate. They have to insure a obummer 3rd term as best as they can:-)

She will not be prosecuted. She is a member of the ruling elite, and she lives by different rules than normal people.

she gives them the same excuse: "I did not take anything marked with a price tag." The, I'm too stupid to know what the law is, is no excuse.

I fully expect that, for this to go forward, someone inside the FBI will have to leak that agencies report on Hillary.

Even if she was indicted, there would be a Presidential pardon. Hillary has enough dirt on Obama that she can count on a Presidential pardon. DOJ knows this and because they work for the Big Zero, then will never do anything to harm him, so Hillary will never be prosecuted.
If drunk Joe Biden had run for President and taken the nomination away from Hillary, then there might have been both an indictment and a full scale prosecution.
There still would have been a Presidential pardon, but you can't win them all. Hillary has been above the law for the past 30 years, nothing is going to change now.

I can't believe our founders didn't put in somewhere in the checks and balances that should these folks NOT prosecute obvious crimes that someone can then hold THEM responsible and prosecute... There is. It's called a "writ of mandamus" at a lower level. At a high level, the mechanism would come from Congress as, probably, a Special Prosecutor.
So blame Congress, too. They're sitting on their hands over this.

I’d like to think they’re fitting a special pair for her right now, but I doubt it.

FBI report to Loretta Lynch, then Special Prosecutor, then Grand Jury, then Indictment, Trial and Prison.
What's the hold up? How many years of indictable offenses?
ANY other American would be behind bars Today.
