actually we do know. Ryan Bundy was also in that truck and he was shot in the shoulder. Doesn’t that confirm they were shooting at the truck?
Please see/hear eye witness statements from Shawna Cox and Victoria Sharp. They lived through the so called “shoot out.” They are the missing audio, for the time being. When will the FBI admit they opened fire on 3 American citizens who had showed no aggression to them?
I suspect they will not admit it. They have claimed they did not shoot lethal rounds at the vehicle (or heavily implied it, perhaps leaving just enough wiggle room that they will not be accused of lying if the evidence comes out).
To me their story is extremely suspect because they have refused to release so much evidence, including other LE video recordings from dash and body cams, the recordings that this woman says she took on her phone, and any audio recordings that go with them. Also they have refused to give media and investigators for the family access to the truck.
