This is why Hillary needs to get elected.. not to be president but to keep the presidency from someone who might actually do something about this.
Exactly. Remember Bill Clinton had to get elected so he could fire all the US Attorneys who were investigating him? So Obama has to delay things long enough to get her sorry behind back in the oval office.
There is a body of legal opinion (certainly not unanimous) that she will be able to pardon herself after taking office in Jan 2017.
And of course there’s little likelihood the R Congress would impeach and convict her for it.
