Anybody who watched all of Ted Cruz's far too long, rambling, overly flamboyant speech last nite would say that was his Howard Dean moment!
Woulda, coulda, shoulda still adds up to a loss. So was it arrogance or ignorance that prohibited him from doing what it took to win?

And on cue cards. It was the first time I ever saw Cruz looking down at a piece of paper. Know why? He wasn’t speaking from the heart.
Cruz should have gotten up there, and done what he does best. No cards, no teleprompters, no scripts. Say what you mean and launch into a passionate speech about our constitution.
Personally I think Rubio’s speech was Cruz’s speech and after hearing Rubio’s he wrote another one and had no time to rehearse.
Sour grapes from a bad loser. He’s going to become less and less relevant if he keeps this type of inane twitter war nonsense going.

Trump lost 1 delegate. That’s hardly a huge loss. You people are insufferable.

What he’s trying to say is he got schlonged and there’s nothing he can do about it but whine.
See, here’s the difference between Trump supporters and Cruz supporters. While we would love Cruz to win New Hampshire, we’re not getting our hopes up. We are realistic and rational. Trump supporters: not so much.
I like Cruz, but he needs to clean up the creepiness factor. The over the top and stiffly delivered righteousness will wear thin if his is the nominee. Seen this movie too many times.
It will be his downfall.
Trump had a wonderful speech....short and to the point. Cruz had a sermon that felt way too long.....it was....40 minutes for a 1 state win? It felt like a Presidential win which was not appropriate. I am surprised more aren’t saying it. Again Trump saying the thing people are thinking.

By having them fall asleep. Good point. Perhaps if Cruz begins speaking at 7 o’clock on election day and talks throughout the day by the end he will win because everyone else is worn out and sleeping from listening to him. That is an awesome plan.

It’s got him where he is now. He wrote off Iowa and BIG DEAL, He got 7 delegates and Cruz got 8. Thats a HUGE LOSS for trump.
