“It is frankly amazing that they are running around pretending like they just won the whole nomination.”
No more “amazing” then Trumpophiles running around screaming “The Cruz Iowa win means nothing!”
“No more ‘amazing’ then Trumpophiles running around screaming ‘The Cruz Iowa win means nothing!’”
Because it DOESN’T mean anything, as Iowa results have proven out for decades.
At least we can show that. Cruz people have to pump-up a one delegate lead after all of that effort, as some sort of sign from God that it’s all in the bag.
At this point I fully expect Cruz to pull all of his ads, and send the staff home. Dont need to waste money when you have it wrapped-up.
How did it work out for Huckabee in 2008 & Santorum in 2012?
No more âamazingâ then Trumpophiles running around screaming âThe Cruz Iowa win means nothing!â
I believve it means something...I believe it signifies that unless Ted cruz manages to spend millions of dollars on ground game in the remaining primaries in the next few weeks, he has shot his wad...
For two freaking months, I’ve said, “Cruz *must* win Iowa to remain viable. For Trump... it would be nice.” Iowa hasn’t been important since the 1970’s.
The polls had the two men neck-and-neck right up until the last. So there were zero surprises last night.
Granted, Iowa does grant a psychological boost - however the one with the biggest boost is not Cruz. Sadly, it’s Rubio.
That is a loss for both sides.
