Marinade..with Persian lime-infused olive oil (Victorine brand from California-my favorite flavored olive oil and flavored vinegar suppler), some added lime juice, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, dash of “Mrs Dash” sugar and salt.

Sounds good! Next time I make salmon, I’ll try to make the marinade.
I voted to move to N CA just so we could go salmon fishing ;)
But we went to Tennessee instead. They vote better here.
