Drudge linked that headline to Trump’s current live rally in N.H. on youtube. Line #1 refers to ISIS, Line #2 refers to Democrats will sue Cruz.

My thoughts:

1. Drudge is showing that Trump isn't ‘humiliated’ by coming in 2nd in Iowa, but is still spreading his message, same as when he started campaigning.

2. Drudge is still backing Trump. :D
