“Vote for anyone but Cruz,†declared the much-vaunted Iowa establishment governor, Terry Branstad. Between Trump, the establishment, and Fox News, they threw everything they had at him in the months preceding the 2016 Iowa Caucus.
We heard it all: birtherism, ethanol, Goldman Sachs loans, the Palin endorsement, Cruz supposedly losing every debate, the Santorum/Huckabee sniping, the entire establishment ganging up to defeat him. Then we were told that even if Cruz wins Iowa, a victory would only occur in the event of low turnout. After all, the newbies will all be for Trump. Well, Cruz won with a record turnout, projected to be near 180,000. It also appears that Cruz will break Mike Huckabee’s previous record of the most total votes received by the caucus winner. And he did it in an elevn-person race.

I hope you’re right. I’d take Cruz over Trump if his victory was assured. I’m in PA, so there’s time before I actually have to vote.
Cruz is going to have to show me he has what it takes to win the general if he wants my support in the primary.
Listening to Cruz is always informative.....he tells people what he’s going to do and how he’s going to accomplish it......and he can because he knows how the Washington beast works, where the land mines are and who sets those mines. Plus he has Constitutional Law and Understanding to know how to secure what he intends to do.....
He lied to me personally directly to my face looking me in the eye when I asked him the questions June 5, 2010, Lake City Florida.
He got my support for Senate in addition to regular monthly donations because I took him at his word. Maybe the immigration issue is of no consequence to you but if he is successful of granting amnesty to them all, it will be Hillary over and over again, not in name but carbon copies.

A month ago, Rubio was voting for MORE Muslim immigration from terror states....doing his handlers bidding....Grover Norquist and Cesar Conda.
