If you add Trump’s, Cruz and Carson’s votes, the anti-establishment votes exceed 60%.
This should give the GOP food for thought ( if they’re smart ).
I think it is now a 3-man race ( Sorry Ben ).

Well, the GOP isn't smart. But it IS a three man race. Cruz has the Evangelical lane and is competing in the conservative lane. Rubio is taking control of the Establishment lane after Trump made a move in that direction. Trump is competing for the conservative lane and has his own special lane.
I am hopeful that Huck and Santorum supporters will consider Cruz over Rubio in New Hampshire. On the other hand, if Rubio does well (strong second), that will knock out Kasich, John Ellis Bush (whether he knows it or not), and maybe Christie.

Another interesting factor is that judging by the excerpts that were played, all three - Cruz, Trump, Rubio - gave speeches that are anti-establishment.

Won’t matter. Sundance has had this pegged for a while. The goal is to fracture the Trump/Cruz/Carson support into 25/25/10 so Rubio can sneak in with 30. Workin’ like a charm so far.
All you need to know is the orgiastic glee of the National Review bloggers on Twitter who now think Rubio can be snuck in. I’m sure you heard it on Fox.
